  • if the person is believed to be in danger of social or political persecution
  • if the historical facts publish here will bring harm to the descendants of the particular family or person
  • if the person is under the protection of the law to have all information, including first name and last name, withheld from the public
  • if the person is presently known to be serving in the arm force and wish to have all information withheld
